Judith Butler’s conception of the deconstruction of normativity is aimed at destabilizing the socially established physical norms. Rebellious practices are intended to create productive disturbances. It follows that Disability Studies can reflect on «disability» and «illness» as a form of resistance. It is the ensembles of praxelogical physical techniques that the body first has to engender, together with experience, that situates the physical self.
